The Kingswinford club is held at the Crestwood School in Bromley Lane. The classes here run from 7-9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Beginners (White belt to Green belt) classes run from 7-8pm

Advanced (Green belt upwards) classes run from 8-9pm

(Advanced members can obviously do both classes, but beginners can only do the beginner's class. To train in the advanced classes, the competitor must have a full set of sparring equipment to take part)

Crestwood School

The classes are held in the school gymnasium. This is located at the back of the School, by the brier school entrance, next to the swimming pool and sports hall.
